Das Commitment auf der obersten F\u00fchrungsebene ist absolut ausschlagebend daf\u00fcr, wie erfolgreich ein Vorhaben wird. Je konsistenter, je klarer, desto besser wird es. Eine gute Vision bietet Richtung und Motivation f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Ich werde oft gefragt, ob es denn wirklich notwendig ist, eine Vision zu erarbeiten, weil beispielsweise der Gr\u00fcnder\/die Gr\u00fcnderin ein klares Bild im Kopf hatten und das Unternehmen genau mit diesem Spirit weitergef\u00fchrt werden soll. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genau das aber ist das Problem. Wenn andere, neue Menschen in ein Unternehmen kommen, dann braucht es einen gemeinsamen Nenner, der ma\u00dfgeblich Entscheidungen auf allen Ebenen lenkt. Denn ob die Strategie umsetzbar ist und erfolgreich sein wird, kann erst im Nachinhein betrachtet werden.
